This project is a thorough analysis and 6-month buying plan for Ralph Lauren’s Purple Label line. We went through the process of understanding new trends and which item to release to capture the customer’s attention for the next season. This was divided into three section: internal company view, competitive marketplace analysis and the six month buying plan.

In this project, I was responsible for the analysis of competitive brands, the creation of the 6 month buying plan and the divvying up of product shares.
