This project is a womenswear brand extension for the company, Rowing Blazers. While the brand offers men’s specific garments, many female customers continue to wear them. My partner and I knew that a womenswear line was the next logical step for the brand. We analyzed the new target customer, created garment flats, choose quality fabrics and costed the manufacturing prices. Extensive tech packs for each garment was produced in order to have the ability to efficiently communicate with the factories. We also created packaging, social media deliverables and a launch party event.
I was personally responsible for the financial information, manufacturing sourcing, garment flats and tech packs.
