This is a brand development project that focuses on brand positioning and tactics to attract customers. My team members and I were responsible for completing a comprehensive customer journey that included store layout, product assortment, pop-up shop and marketing plans. By developing a brand plan from scratch, this project gave us the opportunity to thoroughly understand how to best interact with our customers and optimize sales.
I was personally responsible for contributing to the brand development, product assortment, five year plan, and store layout.
